So, President Obama gave his first address tonight to both Houses of Congress. Before we could get past the proverbial, "ahhhh" of actually having a president that is hopeful, intellectual and prepared. We get the Republican response from their now "golden boy" Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana.



He gets on television looking like the dude that made Johnny No. 5 from the 80's movie "Short Circuit," and he gives us a litany of just outright BullS*&! Republicans have a plan to save the economy?? For real? Like seriously? Because, all I have heard for the past two and half weeks is ridiculous criticism with no offer of solution on their part. Standing on the steps of his mansion in Baton Rouge, this Bama had the nerve to tell a story about Hurricane Katrina to outline his reasoning for why the government should not fix the economy, but rather the American people. HURRICANE KATRINA!!! KATRINA was the mess that got most Republicans ousted from office considering how well they handled that debacle and he uses THAT as an example for why WE, the American people should renew our trust in the Republican party???
